Plot :

This was the only film where Arthur Lucan was seen as a man. He played a crook who disguised himself as Old Mother Riley to deceive her.

John Laurie

John Laurie acted in more than 150 plays and over 100 films in his career. He is best remembered for his role as  the doom-laden Scottish undertaker, Private "We're doomed" Fraser, in the long running BBC TV comedy series 'Dad's Army, along with John Le Mesurier, who appeared in Old Mother Riley Meets The Vampire (1952).

Plot :
