Kerb to Front Gate	Ensure litter free and tidy.
Front Gate and Fencing	Should be in good working order. Repair and repaint, if necessary.
Front Garden	Mow, weed and edge lawn. Weed borders. Add some hanging baskets or garden pots to create some colour.
Front Path and Drive	Repair any cracks. Ensure weed free. Park car on road, so as to not distract from the house.
House Exterior	Make sure all windows and facias are clean and in a good condition. Repaint and repair, if necessary. Ensure gutters and downpipes are in a good state of repair. Repaint if required.
Garage	Make sure door opens and closes properly. Clean door and repaint, if required, to match the front door De-clutter the interior.
Porch and Front Door	Ensure porch is clean and free of clutter. Door furniture should be polished and house name/number clearly visible. Repaint the front door if the paint work is tired or flaking.
